Upcoming Games

Thursday 28, TRMS Longhorns play Southern Cloud at home in Agra. Game times are moved up: 3pm volleyball, 5:30pm football. Next week, Thurs. October 5, they travel to play Lakeside at Downs; volleyball at 4:00pm and football 6:00pm.
HS Volleyball travels to Mankato for a tournament on Saturday 30. On Tuesday, October 3, the ladies travel to Sylvan Grove for a triangular vs Sylvan-Lucas and Southern Cloud. Saturday October 7 the C team goes to Beloit for a quad.
Longhorn Football travels to play at Wilson this Friday, Sept. 29. The Longhorns will play vs Stockton on Friday, October 6 at 7pm with Homecoming Festivities prior.

Important Info to Know

Homecoming Festivities will take place the week of October 2-6. The crowning ceremony will be heldFriday, October 6 before the football game vs Stockton. Saturday October 7 is the Old Settler’s Parade in Kirwin at 10:00am.

Kensington native hikes Grand Canyon

On September 22, 2017 three Salina orthopedic surgeons hiked the Grand Canyon from rim to rim in one day. The doctors were Dr. Mike Johnson, Dr. Todd Herrenbruck, and Dr. Byron Grauerholz. Byron is the son of Darold and Joyce Grauerholz of Kensington.

The JV Volleyball girls played at Hill City this past Saturday, Sept. 23. They lost the first match to Phillipsburg then won matches against Trego and Norton to make it to the semi finals where they lost to Plainville in two sets.
