KAYS Collect for Cancer
Last Friday night the KAY group collected donations to be given to the Susan G Komen foundation and gave pink ribbons out to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Month. This is an organization that offers support to women, research, and fights for a cure. Thank you to everyone who supported their efforts!

Kensington Library
We currently have STEAM Maker-space kits available for kids and teens to come in and enjoy. There are 6 different kits to choose from and plenty of table space to use. Children and families are welcome to visit and use these kits we have borrowed from the Central Kansas Library System through the whole month of October. Reminder, we are open late on Monday nights until 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
We still have large and regular print copies of the “Read It and Eat” book club title available at the library. Kari at the store plans to make a dessert from the book and will be serving it this week! Be sure to stop by the Kensington Community Store and ask for the book pie.
