Busy Bees News October 2022

The Busy Bees 4-H Club met on October 9 for their regular monthly meeting. Fifteen members and two guests were present. We welcomed three new families. Jenna Molzahn led the pledge of allegiance and 4-H pledge. President, Sydni Rust, led the meeting. We recapped our participation in National 4-H week. Hannah Nelson gave a talk at the elementary school, the middle school 4-Hers shared their projects at the middle school and Conner Molzahn and Sydni Rust gave public service announcements at home football games. Officer elections were held. Hannah Nelson gave a talk about 4-H with the help of several young 4-Hers. We finished the afternoon participating in 48 Hours of Service by helping clean out flower beds for a citizen in town. Next month’s meeting will be held Sunday, November 13, at 2:00pm at the “North” Lutheran Church in Kensington.

Weekly Inspiration

One day you'll thank yourself for never giving up. For letting go of people, places and things that no longer bring you joy. For choosing you. It's not the easiest path, but it's the right one.
