KAY Winter Jam
Last Saturday, the TR KAY group held their annual Winter Jam for kids preschool-6th grade. 22 kids were able to attend this year, and they certainly had a blast!
They celebrated the KAY 75th birthday with a bang! The group enjoyed tons of games, crafts, made cards for the veterans, got their hair curled and nails painted, had a birthday party with cupcakes and even sang happy birthday…. Dear KAY.
The kids heard about the importance of the KAY organization and this year’s theme, “The Power of One”. The group drew positive messages on the sidewalks by the grade school to help start the teachers’ and students’ mornings on a positive note! They also listened to the story “I Am One,” which told about the power everyONE has to make a difference in the world.
The kids were given a party gift as they left and hopefully left motivated to make a positive difference!
Kaleb Wagenblast and Paul Ferguson help Fynley Tweedy hula hoop.
Sydni Rust making crafts with Destyni Coomes.

Happy Birthday!
