St. John Lutheran helps VCP
St. John Lutheran church has once again chosen the Veterans Community Project as their mission project. This is a wonderful project because it helps veterans transition back into a successful life after their service in the military. They build tiny houses which provide temporary, transitional housing, and also offer numerous other services to all veterans to help them regain housing, jobs, and independence.
The St. John Sunday school classes hosted a luncheon on February 27, to raise money and kick off the church’s fundraising. It was very well attended. Many thanks to all who helped, attended, and donated money.
