Happy to Help
Kids from St. John Lutheran Church were eager to start their school kits project. Items had to be removed from their packages and counted. These school items will be put in cloth drawstring bags that are made by a few ladies from the church and then will be sent to Lutheran World Relief to be distributed to countries around the world. As you can see, even the smallest hands can make a difference!

Prayers for the New School Year
Nearly 25 people gathered in Kensington last Sunday evening, August 23. Pastor Chris Baker and Pastor Emily Blank led a prayer gathering for a safe school year and for protection from the corona virus for our students, staff, administration, parents, and community. This was one of many prayer gatherings held in the surrounding area that night.
